What is the Kia Gear Shop?
This online store was designed to enable all Kia dealers to purchase Kia branded merchandise with ease.
What is the turn-around time on my order?
All in-stock orders ship from Maumee, Ohio. Orders placed before 1:00pm EST will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship out the next business day. On-demand items ship approximately 3-7 business days after the order is placed. Check individual item descriptions for exact production time. Tracking information will be emailed as items ship.
What are the payment options for purchasing promotional products?
Dealers will be billed once a month through dealers' parts statement for in-stock merchandise. For custom orders, dealers and KIA departments will be invoiced Net30 or can provide credit card.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, our freight carriers are unable to deliver packages to PO boxes.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Orders are shipped via UPS. UPS Ground, UPS 2-day, UPS Standard Overnight, or International Economy DDU can be selected for delivery. Appropriate charges will apply to shipping method chosen. Tracking information of shipments will be sent via email.
How do I check the status of my order online?
Once you are logged in, click the account icon in the top right corner of the Homepage. You may select "orders" to view your order history and view status for recent orders.
After placing an order, can I change or cancel it?
Once an order is submitted, you will not be able to edit or cancel it online. Please contact kiagearsupport@dfpromotions.com for assistance. We should be able to stop the order or make changes if you contactus right after the order is placed.
Is the store website secure?
All purchasing information is encrypted for privacy and sent through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Furthermore, your credit card information is never stored.
What is the return policy?
All stock items may be returned within 30 days if defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact the Kia Merchandise Team via emailat kiagearsupport@dfpromotions.com. Instructions will be given for the return.
How do I contact customer service?
